Our Strategy
Serve (Send) “The Three-fold Chord” Our goal is to have each leader with a "Three-fold Chord" before they go out to plant a new cell. This is a strategy to develop a partnership in the ministry and teamwork for success. When Jesus built His ministry, He strategically used the “Three-Fold Chord” principle. In Luke 5:1-11, we see Jesus selecting Peter, James, and John, three men who became the inner circle of His ministry. They were all fishermen, with similar likes and dislikes. They had a history of laughter and struggles between themselves. They were already bonded. This made the ministry team of 12 “gel” quickly. Each leader, with a minimum of two strong partners in their cell can build right, and not have to build over! In a new cell with three who are living the vision, committed to persevere and work to succeed, can affect the atmosphere in a home as the lost come in and experience the presence of God in worship, prayer, teaching, and bearing fruit.
